Due to our limited availability and an increasing amount of no-show appointments, we have to enforce a no-show policy for our tutoring sessions. If you purchase and schedule a tutoring session with us which you cannot attend, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. If you do not contact us to reschedule and do not attend the meeting, there is no reimbursement. To reschedule, please email mlostudybuddy@gmail.com 48 hours prior to your appointment.
